What do your services include?

Marketing and tenant screening, leases, rent collection, maintenance coordination and regular owner statements.

How do you charge?

A monthly fee based on the rent, plus a leasing fee when we place a new tenant. You get it in writing before you sign.

How are repairs handled?

Tenants report issues to us and we send trusted local trades. Larger repairs are approved with you first.

Can tenants reach you after hours?

Yes. Urgent issues like leaks or lockouts go to an after-hours line.
