Custom domain
Use your own address, like yourname.com.
On the Pro and Business plans, your page can show on a domain you own, like www.yourbusiness.com. Your page stays available at nexopages.com/yourname too.
- Open Settings → Your own domain, type your domain and tap Connect domain.
- Sign in where you bought your domain (your domain provider), open its DNS settings and add the CNAME record shown: the name is your domain, the value is customers.nexopages.com.
- Wait a few minutes, or up to a few hours while DNS updates. We check by ourselves and email you when it's live, with a security certificate (https).
www or the root domain?
We suggest the www version. Root domains (yourbusiness.com without www) only work if your provider allows a CNAME, ALIAS or ANAME record there. If it doesn't, connect www and forward the root domain to it in your provider's settings.
If it doesn't go live
- Make sure the CNAME is the only record for that name: remove old A or AAAA records for it.
- A CAA record can block the security certificate; allow Cloudflare's certificate providers or remove it.
- Then tap Check again.
Tip: Already using the domain elsewhere and want no downtime? Add the optional TXT record shown first, and switch the CNAME when you're ready.
If your plan changes, visitors to your domain are sent to your nexopages.com link; the domain comes back when you upgrade.
Coming soonCustom domains are being switched on. Until then, Settings shows that they aren't available yet.
