Email campaigns
Write to the people who signed up for your emails.
On the Business plan, open Email campaigns to write an email: a subject, your message and, if you like, a button with a link.
- Who gets it: people who signed up through a newsletter or free-guide form on your page, people you imported saying they agreed, and contacts your tools add as subscribed. People who only booked, bought or sent a message don't get campaigns.
- Tags: pick tags to send only to people who have all of them.
- Your address: marketing emails must show your business's postal address. Add it once; it's kept on your next campaigns.
Tap Send me a test to see it in your own inbox, then Send. Emails go out from NexoPages with your business's name, and replies come to you. You can stop a campaign while it's still sending.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Someone who unsubscribes won't get your campaigns again unless they sign up again on your page. Business includes 10,000 emails a month.
Tip: Emails that look like a sign-in or payment request (or use shortened links) aren't sent: they hurt delivery for everyone.
