Mailchimp, Kit and Google Sheets

Send new sign-ups straight to your email tool or a spreadsheet.

On Starter and up, the Newsletter or waitlist and Lead magnet blocks can send each new sign-up to Mailchimp, Kit (ConvertKit) or a Google Sheet. Every sign-up still lands in your Inbox too.

1. Connect the tool. Open Settings → Connections.

  • Mailchimp: tap Connect Mailchimp and sign in to Mailchimp.
  • Kit: in Kit, open Settings → Developer, create a v4 API key, copy it, and paste it into NexoPages.
  • Google Sheets: tap Connect Google Sheets and allow access. NexoPages creates a sheet called “NexoPages sign-ups” in your Google Drive, and can only see that sheet, nothing else in your Drive.

2. Choose where each block sends. In the editor, open the block and pick Also send sign-ups to. For Mailchimp, choose the audience; for Kit, choose the form. If you don't choose, Mailchimp uses your first audience and Kit adds the person as a subscriber.

In Mailchimp, people are added as subscribed with the tag NexoPages. Someone who unsubscribed before stays unsubscribed. In the sheet, each sign-up is a new row with the date, email, name, form and page.

If something doesn't get through: when a tool is briefly unavailable, NexoPages tries again several times over the next 15 hours. If the tool stops accepting our access (for example you removed it in Mailchimp or changed your Kit key), we email you once; connect it again and tap Send again to deliver what was missed in the last 30 days. If you delete the sheet, a new one is made with the next sign-up.

On the Free plan the connections pause, and sign-ups stay in your inbox. You can always export your leads as a CSV file.
