Group classes and waitlists

Fixed times each week, several people per class, and a waitlist when it's full.

In Bookings → Services, add a service and set Type to Group class. Choose how many places each class has, its weekly times and, if you have a team, the instructor.

Clients pick a session and see how many places are left. When a class is full, they can join the waitlist.

• Someone cancels: the first person on the waitlist is booked automatically and emailed. You get a notification.
• Calling off a class: under Bookings → Upcoming, tap Call off on the session. Everyone booked or waiting is cancelled and emailed, and paid deposits are refunded. Put back restores it to the schedule.
• Your other appointments: class times are blocked for one-to-one bookings with the instructor (or with you).

Tip: For a one-off event or workshop, make a class with a single weekly time and call off the later dates.

Classes with a deposit don't have a waitlist.
