Bring your clients and links over
Import contacts from a file, appointments from Calendly or Google Calendar, and your Linktree or Beacons links.
Contacts: in Contacts, tap Import from a file and choose a CSV file (Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers can all save one). Check which column is which, add a tag if you like, and confirm these people agreed to hear from you. People you already have (same email or phone) get the missing details instead of a duplicate. Up to 2,000 per file.
Appointments from Calendly: in Bookings, tap Import appointments. In Calendly, create a personal access token (Integrations → API and webhooks) and paste it. We read your upcoming appointments once and never keep the token; you can delete it in Calendly straight after.
Appointments from Google Calendar: connect your calendar under Bookings → Hours first. Then Import appointments → Google Calendar lists your upcoming events; tick the ones that are client appointments.
Imported appointments appear in your bookings marked with where they came from, and those times can't be booked again. Your clients aren't emailed: they already have their confirmation. Importing twice doesn't create duplicates.
Linktree or Beacons: in the editor, tap Add block → Import from Linktree or Beacons and paste your page's address. Tick the links and social profiles to keep, and they're added at the end of your page as ordinary blocks. Undo takes the whole import back.
Tip: Only import people who agreed to hear from you. Never import a list you bought.
