Instagram, TikTok and Google reviews
Connect your accounts so your page shows your latest posts and reviews.
Open Settings → Connections and tap Connect next to Instagram, TikTok or Google Business Profile. You sign in on their site; NexoPages never sees your password.
- Instagram: needs a business or creator account. We can read your profile name and your posts, nothing else (no messages, no posting).
- TikTok: we can read your display name and your public videos.
- Google Business Profile: we read your business's reviews and rating, and, when you ask, its opening hours, address, phone and your own photos. Google shows this as access to manage your business, but NexoPages only reads.
- YouTube needs no connection: type your channel's @handle in a Social feed block.
Copy from Google to your page. Once your business is chosen, tap Copy to my page under Google Business Profile. Your opening hours replace the ones on your page (your address, phone and map link are added only where your page has none), and your business's own photos go first in your gallery. Customers' photos aren't copied. It all lands in your draft: check it in the editor, then publish.
Then add a Social feed or Google reviews block to your page. Posts update every few hours and reviews once a day.
If a connection stops working (for example you changed your password or removed NexoPages in the app's settings), we email you once. Your page keeps showing the last posts until you connect again.
To disconnect, tap Disconnect in Settings → Connections: the posts or reviews leave your page and we delete our copies. For Instagram, also remove NexoPages under Settings → Apps and websites in Instagram.
